Motorsports Research Building

Motorsports Research Building focuses on the research activities of the program, while the Kulwicki Lab building is used for student projects and race teams. The Motorsports Research Building is home to the program’s water tunnel, a new small-scale wind tunnel, computational facilities, state-of-the-art engine dynamometer, faculty and graduate student offices and other research facilities. Roughly 10% of all NASCAR engineers are actually UNC Charlotte alumni!
