South Village Crossing

The seasonal dining porch and outdoor terraces for dining and hanging out al fresco. South Village Dining Facility serves the students in the South Village area. Food is freshly prepared in stations, similar to Crown Commons. South Village’s dining hall is modern-styled with two floors, generous lounge area, and a great view. The lower level features: - A deli, grill, large salad bar, hearth ovens for pizzas, calzones and hot sandwiches, a vegan/vegetarian station, ‘home cooking’ and Asian selections along with desserts; - Seating is plentiful with a deck that will overlook woods and Davis Lake. - Seating for 800+ people. The upper level has: - A large outdoor terrace that wraps around the building; - Comfy and spacious student lounge with two hanging fireplaces and multiple flat-screened televisions - A take-out area where meal swipes can be used for carry-out meals; - The campus bakery with visible operations, so that students may watch campus baked goods being made and finished - A retail bakery counter that will sell cookies, cakes, muffins, etc. -"The Den" - A Denny's diner-style restaurant with late night service.
