Student Union

When you open the door to the Student Union, you enter much more than a building. The Union serves as headquarters for Student Activities, your connection to involvement and 500+ student organizations. Inside, you can find a variety of dining options including Crown Commons, Bistro 49, Starbucks, Market on Craver, Shake Smart, and Erbert's and Gerbert's Sandwich Shop.. There's also a movie theater, Norm’s lounge, meeting rooms, art gallery, outdoor seating, and spaces for gathering, study, and relaxation. You can visit the Barnes and Noble Campus Bookstore to purchase textbooks and UNC Charlotte apparel, and learn about our resources for students in the Office of Identity, Equity, and Engagement (IEE), the Student Goverment Association, the Campus Activities Board, and the Student Organization Suite. This is the place to get involved, meet new people, make life-long friendships, and create campus memories.
